Roderick Andrew Lee Ford, LLD

Dr. Ford holds a Juris Doctor and an LLD, alongside professional certifications in human resources and labor relations. He is a published author on employment and labor law and has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to pro bono community service and organizational leadership.

Roderick Andrew Lee Ford is an accomplished International Human Rights Attorney, Senior Fellow of St Clements University, and the lead of the Jewish American Labor Council. Licensed to practice law since 1996, he holds extensive bar memberships, including the Supreme Court of the United States and multiple U.S. District Courts. His distinguished career includes service as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he focused on military claims and ethics training.  
In his private practice at The Methodist Law Centre, he specializes in complex employment and labor litigation, risk management, and human rights advocacy.

Beyond his legal practice, Dr. Ford is a prolific author on employment and labor law and holds advanced academic credentials, including a Doctor of Jurisprudence, an MBA in Risk Management, and a Doctor of Laws (LLD). He is recognized for his extensive pro bono work, organizational leadership within civil rights associations, and administrative support for various international non-profit and educational institutions.
