


A Bit About Alexander
Alexander is a distinguished Chartered Administrator currently serving at the Sunyani Technical University. With a robust academic background, he holds a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy, MBA in Organizational Management, MSc in Human Resource Management, PGD in Managerial Studies, HND in Graphic Designing and a Chartered Business and Administrative Consultant with the CIAMC in Ghana. A prolific author, Dr. Boateng has written and published over 70 books centered on personal development, professional ethics, and leadership skills. His notable works include "The Learn Series", Who is Knocking, Lord! Your Dear Friend is Sick" and "I will wear my coat, Anyway!" among many others.

Beyond his academic and literary contributions, he is a dedicated leader in global diplomacy:

Founding Visionary: In 2008, he launched an initiative (The LED Academy International) to bridge the gap between academic theory and workplace leadership for students and young professionals in Sunyani Technical University, Ghana. He is the Presiding Pastor and founder of the Gospel Turning Lives Church and the Lighting Lives Chapel International based in Sunyani, Ghana. Alexander is also a business owner and the CEO of Smart HealthPlus Ltd.

Global Leadership: He is the founder and coordinator of several international organizations, including the LED Academy International and the Chamber of International Diplomats (CID). Also the Dean of Studies of Asian Arab Institute of Diplomacy (AAID).

International Advocate: He serves as a World Executive Member for an international peace and justice organization and collaborates with a global team of diplomats to manage non-governmental initiatives. He has been honored with several national and international awards. Spoken in several global leadership and diplomacy summits and workshops both online and in person.

Dr. Boateng is also an expert in management research, specializing in "Leadership and Followership," organizational culture, and mentorship models. He continues to lead international projects, such as the Chamber of International Diplomats, which serves as a hub for mentorship and world diplomacy.
